The only permanent thing in this world is change. Of course things themselves do not change, we human beings change to adapt to our needs with different like/dislikes in order to fit in our own choices. Let’s take an example of an obese teen, and knows that her obesity is causing her different health problems and facing social insecurity and realizes that in order to overcome this issue she needs to change her eating habits and kick off with some exercise in her schedule. Therefore there is a “change” in her lifestyle. Like some people gives up on their bad habits may it be smoking or drinking so that they could fit in the society their living in.

Our behavior and attitude aren’t permanent either! It all depends on “Us” if we want to change it. I’ve met people who had a history of drugs addiction and clubbing etc, but they change their way of living in order to improve and live peacefully! How great is the feeling when we go through the down part of life but know that we are not alone since we got the love and support of true friends around us. They give us color and excitement through our tired systems. But well not to forget there are different colors of friendship and it’s important to look at various friendships and identify what kind they are. Often in friendships, its easy to put things behind you in other words you can say: forgive and forget but if it happens again and again then that becomes a “problem”. Throughout my life I’ve encountered different kind of friendships, like some who are my really true friend, no matter how distance apart we are, we make sure that we communicate and update each other about everyday’s happenings. While there are some friends who I work with only cares to be my friend so that I’ll help him/her out with the project till it’s completed and after its done, bye bye!

* Gabriel Iglesias (born July 15, 1976), real name Gabriel Iglecias, is an American actor and comedian known for his loud aloha shirts, humorous impersonations and animated story telling.


* Gabriel's legal last name is actually Iglecias, he stated, because his "Mom was pissed off that my Dad was not there for his only son's birth, so to mess with his 'machismo' she changed the spelling of my last name to annoy him." He was born in San Diego but spends much more time in Long Beach. He was abandoned by his father when he was 4 and was left with his mother. Iglesias, also known as "Fluffy," is the youngest of 6 children with 4 sisters and a brother. He graduated from Wilson High school in Long Beach. He continued his education as a Long Beach City College student and graduated in 1996.

* In his comedy, Iglesias uses a mixture of storytelling, parodies, characters, and sound effects that bring his personal issues to life. Known as the "fluffy" comic in a Hawaiian shirt, he often riffs about his weight, talking, for example, about how little dancing it takes for him to work up a sweat at the nightclub, or how hearing his girlfriend coo the words "chocolate cake" over the telephone works like phone sex for him. He also does impersonations of other Latin-American comedians such as Paul Rodriguez, George Lopez, and Carlos Mencia.

In many of Iglesias' performances, he refers to the "Five Levels of Fat." These five levels (now six since the "Oh Hell No!" addition) are used by Iglesias to describe the girth of others and himself. He stated that his mother told him the levels when he called himself fat in front of her. From most lithe to the greatest expansion of the body, the levels are: "Big," "Healthy," "Husky," "Fluffy," "damn!" and "Oh Hell No!" Of these, Gabriel considers himself to match the description of "Fluffy" hence his alias "Fluffy Man."

Gabriel, a member of the recent boom of young comedians, was put on the map by the Galavision TV show Que Locos! This highly successful television comedy hour quickly spawned a nationwide tour of sold-out performances across the country. The experience not only helped to develop Gabriel's fan base, but also led to additional film and television roles. He was guest-starred on ABC's My Wife and Kids and Family Guy. His stand-up has been featured on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Late Show, Good Morning America, Showtime at the Apollo and BET'S Comic View. Iglesias was a contestant on the fourth season of Last Comic Standing in 2006. He progressed far enough in the competition to become one of its final eight comics, but he was disqualified at that point for having used a BlackBerry to communicate with family and friends, which violated the rules of the show.

Gabriel was on the cast of "All That" for the show's sixth season when he was younger. By the end of the season, Gabriel describes (in his "I'm Not Fat; I'm Fluffy" special) how the producers gave him a remote car starter,and how he used it to scare his friends and his mother. At one time, after a show, he decides to scare Paul Rodriguez with it. However, Rodriguez outdid him with a more updated vehicle.
