Knowledge Oman Encourages Omani Youth to Take Part in Challenge22

Knowledge Oman, in cooperation with Tawasul and Sharakah, has conducted a series of introductory workshops for "Challenge22" at the Gulf College and the National Business Center, which aim at encouraging Omani Youth and urge them to participate in the challenge through providing creative ideas and innovative solutions to make the World Cup Championship 2022, successful. 

Challeng22 aims to attract and motivate the brightest minds at the Arab region, give thinkers and innovators the opportunity to widen their horizon and impress the world by investing their ideas at the World Cup Championship 2022, which will take place in Qatar and contribute to the economic diversification at the region.
 
             

" Knowledge Oman is involved in this competition for the second time in arrow, as we believe that it is a great opportunity to explore and hone the talents and skills of the Omani Youth, which enable them to contribute effectively to the success of World Cup22 Championship. The program, also, help them to achieve their dreams in various fields, particularly entrepreneurship and innovation," Said al Busaidi, Knowledge Oman's President says.
Abdul-Aziz al Molowi, representative of the supreme committee of the projects and inheritance, stated that Challenge22 aims to promote the innovation culture at the Arab Region, attract Arab inventors and entrepreneurs, support and sponsor their ideas to find innovative solutions not only for Qatar World Cup Championship, "but also to reform our contribution and vision towards the future and this is what we have found in Oman.  The enthusiasm of the audience encourages us to continue our path and motivate youth in the Arab World to be creative and innovative." He says.

"Our cooperation with Tawasul, Sharakah and Knowledge Oman has been a valuable addition to the challenge. We are keen to work on promoting the innovation culture and developing the ideas and innovation that can be turned into real great projects for the coming generations." Al Molowi adds.
It's worth mentioning that through participating at "Challenge22", individuals and groups will be able to win 15 thousand dollars and will receive golden guidance and supervision form well-known scholars and researches at the region. The best ideas' owners will receive an additional amount of 100 thousand to develop their ideas and convert them successfully into real projects.

The challenge, in its 22nd edition, focuses on four main themes: Tourism Experience, Health & Safety, sustainability and the Internet of Things.

Individuals and groups of not less than 18 years can apply for the program providing that they be citizens or legal residents in UAE, Bahrain, Tunisia, KSA, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and Oman.
