So is personality. This organ controls every other perceived activity of the human body. And our human brain is the most complex object in the universe. It has the power to learn new languages, perceive beauty and remember tens of thousands of individual bits of information.

Meditation is one of the key to increase your brain power! You can do one simple meditation right now by just closing your eyes and paying attention to your breathe. Tensing up your muscles and then relaxing them to start may help. But at times when your mind starts to wander then just bring your attention back to your breath. doing this practice for five or ten minutes will usually relax you and help clear your mind and will eventually leave you more ready for any mental task. And taking deep breathes means more oxygen intake in the body and eventually to the brain which in turn is conducive to clearer thinking.

Another boastful way to increase your brain power is writing! it is the way to exercise your creativity and analytical ability. Writing is the way to tell your memory what is important, so you’ll recall things more easily in the future and it’s a way to clarify your thinking. And u need sufficient amount of sleep for the better working of your brain. u need to have at least minimum 5 hours of sleep a day and short naps in the afternoon seem to work well to recharge the brain for some people.

I just found out that drinking coffee can also help to improve your brain power but a lot of caffeine intake is not healthy for you either as it leads to poorer quality decisions. Also avoid a lot of sugary food as any simple carbohydrate can lead to brain fog and this sluggish feeling makes it hard to think clearly. Many researchers found and discovered that your comprehension of material often goes up when you learn to speed-read. You get to learn a lot more in less time, and it is definitely a good brain exercise!

Did you all know that the cognitive function is improved immediately after just ten minutes of aerobic exercise?!
